- Grade B — width 100 mm and more. Errors: corrugations (irregularities), stem and medullary rays, “live” knots, color uneven.
- Grade C — width 90 mm and more. The following errors are allowed: corrugation, sapwood (protein part of the stem), stem and medullary rays, knots.

Using of Eucalyptus pommele sliced veneer
It is a valuable decorative material, however, unstable to external influences. Made from eucalyptus caps, that in contrast to other wood, is not a knurr, but a structure of the whole tree.
Color red-brown with a red hue; sapwood is bright. Soft, elastic, with a smooth texture and closed pores, it will perfectly complement other wood species, for example, walnut, alder, ash.
Well amenable to polishing, bonding. Pre-drilling is necessary before fastening. It is difficult to impregnate, but well varnished and tinted. The finish treatment will emphasize its rich texture.

Characteristics of Eucalyptus wood
Eucalyptus is originally from Australia and tropical America, although it is distributed throughout the world. This is a large fast-growing tree, reaching 25-30 meters in height already at 10-15 years of life. It has a solid wood, with diffused vessels, light sapwood, and a dense structure. Tree rings are almost invisible. The grains are strongly interlocked, forming unique patterns.
